Time flies, our enjoyable one and half month semester break passed in a blink of an eye. Our first class of this semester is the third module of the Engineering Academy program, Engineering and Design. Although the people in our class remains the same as the last semester, we have been separated into 8 groups. We are Group 8 which consists of 4 people: Sean(Team Manager), Wong Thiam Yieng (Member),Tan Chung Haw(Member) and Chan Weng Siong(Member).
Our lecturer, Miss Rubaina Khan kick started the class by introducing this new module to us. According to her introduction, our theme for this module this semester is water and we are required to design and build product which is related to water with our engineering knowledge. ‘Guys, where can you find water?’, the first thing that flashes through my mind is the flushing water from the toilet bowl when I peed this morning after my first-time-so-early-wake-up since six weeks ago. I nearly jumped up with enthusiasm when I realise the theme is water because swimming is always my biggest hobby. Not to mention water is one of the most vital resources to us. I cannot contain my curiosity and eager to learn about what product can we make for this theme. There is possibility that our product may leap into eyes of some organisations and earn money from them? Who knows. :) Despite the fact that our group is made up of the least amount of members, I still have strong faith in our group that we are still able to achieve success at the end.
